D Bar T Stables and Recreation offers guided trail rides in Robbers Cave State Park in Wilburton. Some of the best scenic trails in the state with lots of wildlife and plenty of shade under all the beautiful trees!
The one hour rides start out at the old barn and photo gallery, and go through the beautiful shaded trails of the San Bois Mountains. One of a kind, entertaining guided horseback rides are available Tuesday through Sunday.
Get a real feel for the days of outlaws on the two hour cave ride just like Jesse James and Belle Starr did it in the old days. Ride to the top of Robbers Cave the easy way, on horseback . Ride time allows you to explore the cave and comes with beverages included. The two hour rides are by appointment only.
D Bar T Stables and Recreation also offers hay wagon rides for group bookings or you can take the Saturday night park tour.
Our summertime cookouts at scenic Cat Tail pond are for groups of approximately 25 or more. Includes barbecued hamburgers and hot dogs, chips, iced tea and lemonade. A great event for your family or group and a phone call takes care of all the work!
U-lead pony rides are available for small children.
Horse camp is available during summer months for kids age 7 to 14. This week-long, half-day camp will teach basics of riding, grooming and caring for your horse. Call for more information.
Haunted hay wagon rides are available during the month of October! Every Friday and Saturday through the month of October get ready to be scared silly on this frightening hay ride through the "Black forest" in Robbers Cave State Park. Not for the faint of heart.

My family and I went camping for the week at Robber's Cave State Park and this was one of the stops on our vacation. Eight of us took the noon trail ride and although it was HOT, it was beautiful. The owner's are very friendly and the horses are very gently. I would definitely go back.
