Start your dinner off with the fried green tomatoes served with tomato jam and baconaisse. Another uniquely Oklahoman option is the buttermilk fried chicken with buttermilk dijon. Larger plates include the apple brined pork chop served with chipotle sweet potato gratin, long beans and pecan-apple-bacon relish. For a delicious vegetarian option, try the spinach gnocchi, which comes with snap peas, tomato confit, mushrooms and mint.
