The Blue Dome Entertainment District encompasses nine square blocks in the eastern section of downtown Tulsa.  It features eight buildings with a high level of architectural or historical significance, including the Blue Dome building, which was a 1920s-era Gulf Oil station.  Numerous early 20th century buildings contribute to the character of the district.

Known as a nightlife hot spot, current venues include Arnie's Bar, McNellie's Public House, Dilly Diner, El Guapo's Mexican Cantina and Woody's Corner Bar.  The Blue Dome Entertainment District is recommended for a nice night out at a local pub while catching some great local bands. The area even has a comedy club, a retro bowling lounge and combination bar and 80s arcade.
