Hi Geri, I am so sorry you were unhappy with your experience at the store. We pride ourselves on offering a wide variety of merchandise with a wide range of prices. Maybe you missed our sections designated Under $50 and Under $75. We have so much fun merchandise it's easy to miss something. I actually mentioned your comment to my manager and she remembers helping you with your purchase. She was so surprised you were unhappy as she remembers helping you with an item that was missing a tag and also some letters you bought. I am not sure if you noticed or not but my personal cell phone number is posted at our counter so that anyone who wants to contact me about anything can call me personally. Customer service is extremely important to us and we are constantly working on it. I doubt you will find many businesses with the owners personal contact info displayed on the counter for everyone to see. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will visit us again in the future.
