Simply Falafel

Simply Falafel in Edmond serves Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes.  Many menu items are variations on foods historically prepared by Roman legionnaires and Turkish soldiers, as well as British and French colonial officials.  A local favorite is the lamb burger, which is actually a delicious combination of half beef and half lamb.  A wide variety of salad choices are also available.
