Scoops & Grinds is a combination Internet cafe, organic coffee shop and artisan ice cream parlor with a patio. This corner historic building opened July 1, 1910 as the Oklahoma State Bank.  Today, locals and travelers flock to Scoops & Grinds for everything from excellent homemade treats and artisan ice cream to blended espressos.  Scoops & Grinds in Collinsville offers dairy fresh artisan ice cream, sorbet and premium espresso drinks. Organic coffee beans are imported from around the world and are locally roasted within days for the freshest coffee around. 

Scoops & Grinds uses only the finest available syrups, flavors and mixes including San Francisco Ghirardelli chocolate and Monin gourmet flavorings. Homemade treats include homemade cheesecakes, muffins, "Bad Bad Leroy" brownies, cinnamon rolls and the cafe's famous C'Villle cookies.  From caramel macchiatos to dirty chai lattes, Scoops & Grinds has it all.

From Tulsa, take Hwy 169 north to Hwy 20 West exit. Turn west onto Main Street and park near 11th & Main. Scoops is on the SE corner of the intersection.
