Buckley Public Library
Buckley Public Library in Poteau contains a genealogy section with many resources. Many early Le Flore County courthouse records and newspapers from the area are available on microfilm, as well as census records from 1900-1920. Other records available in the library include all Le Flore County school records from the early 1920s to present, Choctaw Nation marriage records from 1890-1907, service records from both World War I and II and Oklahoma land transactions from 1901-1907.
