Dinner at FLINT is a culinary delight. Start off with carpaccio, duck confit tacos, charcuterie or a cup of the soup of the night. Move on to a delicious entree like the half chicken under a brick, porcini-dusted lamb loin, a 7 oz. filet or 10 oz. New York strip. A variety of fresh seafood dishes are offered at FLINT, including pan-seared salmon, seared day boat scallops, Chilean sea bass and Branzino.

On the weekend, make your way to FLINT for brunch. Sit back and relax with a strawberry sparkling cocktail,  mimosas or a glass of fresh-squeezed orange juice. FLINT recently introduced the Bloody Mary Bar and additions include bacon, celery, okra, stuffed olives, asparagus, peppers, limes, jalapenos, horseradish, olives and carrots. Brunch selections include the FLINT breakfast with two eggs any style and a choice of meat; a heart-healthy egg white omelet; brioche bread French toast and more.
