Step back in time to the 16th century with Queen Elizabeth I of England, King James of Scotland, and over 600 costumed performers and artisans as they create the boisterous village of Castleton at the annual Oklahoma Renaissance Festival. Held at the Castle of Muskogee, this Renaissance festival will feature a royal court, jousters and jesters, magicians, musicians and minstrels. Delight your taste buds with wonderful and unique foods, or browse through more than 125 handcrafted booths for one-of-a-kind items.

Bring the whole family and enjoy a day in Renaissance England, right here in Oklahoma. Journey to an age of sorcerers, knights in shining armor, kings, queens and maidens fair. Many visitors will attend the Oklahoma Renaissance Festival in costume, so get festive and show up in your best Renaissance attire, or rent a costume on-site.

There will be living history demonstrations and marvelous live performances, like a life-size game of chess played by real people, a jousting tournament, thrilling acrobatic feats, KnightWings Birds of Prey and more. A children's realm featuring games and hands-on demonstrations provides hours of fun. Kids can visit the Ultimate Maze and take part in the Royal Quest and the Children's Knighting Ceremony.

Guests can enjoy a wide variety of food and drink each day of the festival at The Royal Luncheon, the Queen's Tea, and the King's Smoker, or simply pick up delicious food at one of the many food merchants stationed throughout the festival grounds. Special evening events include the Masque'd Ball, the Pirate's Feaste and the Ceilidh.
