This unique trick-or-treat tradition is one of Oklahoma City's most "spooktacular" events and provides a safe and fun alternative to traditional trick-or-treating. Children are welcome to wear their Halloween costumes to this event. Haunt the Zoo for Halloween is more about fun than fright and will thrill children and their parents as they venture among the various themed booths, festive props and carved jack-o-lanterns. Unlike years past, Haunt the Zoo is now occurring during daytime hours from 9am-4pm on the two weekends before Halloween. This allows trick-or-treaters to take their time to explore the Zoo and to collect goodies from all of the fantasy-themed booths. Haunt the Zoo will be held rain or shine. The 34th Annual Haunt the Zoo is now bigger and better than ever with longer hours to enjoy all the treats the Zoo has to offer.
