Jim Thorpe Native American Games   - Jun 09, 2013 to Jun 15, 2013

Visit Oklahoma City for a landmark event in sports: the Jim Thorpe Native American Games.  The Jim Thorpe Native American Games will consist of nine competitive sports including a Native American all-star football game featuring Oklahoma high school seniors.  Remington Park will be the host site for the opening ceremonies, the Native American art exhibition and traditional cultural exhibitions throughout the week.  A 5K run will take place at Remington Park during the Jim Thorpe Native American Games and is open to any runner wishing to participate.
