Travel to Wacker Park in Pauls Valley to celebrate the sport of noodling at the world-famous Okie Noodling Tournament.  Noodling has recently been the subject of articles, books and documentaries, and you can see what all the fuss is about at this exciting event. Contestants will scour area rivers and lakes using their bare hands to wrangle the biggest catfish in the state and bring them back to the festival.  Witness as huge live flathead catfish are brought in to compete for bragging rights and the prizes in categories including big fish, top female and 18 and under.

The Okie Noodling Tournament is a great event for the whole family, featuring food and beer vendors, live music, a kid's noodling clinic, a catfish cook-off and kid's catfish-eating contest.  Face painting, inflatables and games will also be available for kids.  Don't miss the final weigh-in to see the biggest catfish of all, and make sure to stick around for the coronation of the 2015 Okie Noodling Queen.

This event is awesome! It's gotten Bigger over the last few years, but People come from all over the world to enter the competition. We just went to people watch, drink beer, listen to the bands & watch the big fish weigh-ins!
