From owner on 10/29/14

I apologize that you were disappointed in our festival. We work very hard and hope that everyone enjoys the festival. Free parking was available off of the main grounds with free shuttle buses. The $5 gate admission includes all shows such as Derek Cook, Famous Flying Dogs, BMX Freestyle Team, the Rumble on the River Mud Run and other shows. It does not include ride fees. We do not set the cost of the fees charged for the ride attractions. Balloons are not up during the afternoon hours, this is clearly posted on our website and throughout the festival. They are most likely to be up between 7am - 10am & 4pm - 7pm. Friday, there were several balloons in the sky. Saturday am, the winds were too strong and they were not able to go up. Saturday afternoon/evening. They did try to set up for the glow but the wind gusts were too high. Balloons are wind & weather permitting and this we cannot control.
