Gentry Creek Hunting & Fishing Camp near Council Hill offers a great getaway for the outdoor enthusiast. Guests will have complete privacy surrounded by 38 acres on beautiful Lake Eufaula. Two ponds fully stocked with catfish and hybrid blue gill are available for fishing.  Guests can also take advantage of lakeside fishing on a quarter mile stretch of private land. Enjoy dove, duck, goose and deer hunting at Gentry Creek Hunting & Fishing Camp, or take advantage of a guided fishing or hunting excursion. Enjoy the most fantastic sunsets over the lake from the covered porch.

The sleeping arrangements at Gentry Creek Hunting & Fishing Camp include one cabin with three bunk beds, a full bed and king bed. A big screen HDTV with DVD player is available. All bedding is provided, and the kitchen comes fully supplied with utensils, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, charcoal grill and smoker. A washer and dryer is also on-site for your convenience. From Checotah, go west on Hwy 266 towards the Flying J. Go approximately 6 miles and turn left on EW 1050. (The sign for EW 1050 is on the right side of Hwy 266). It will be the second left after Hwy 266 turns to the north. If you get to the intersection of 72 and 266, you have gone about 1/4 mile too far. Go to the second intersection, NS 414 and turn left.
