Description

Step back in time at A Territorial Christmas Celebration in Guthrie with a live theatre production, historic home tours, live performances and so much more. Kick off the holiday season by attending a performance of  the popular Pollard Theatre presentation of  "A Territorial Christmas Carol: An Oklahoma Tradition."  An Oklahoma version of the famous "A Territorial Christmas Carol" complete with Ebenezer Scrooge, this production depicts the classic tale from Charles Dickens set in the days of the Oklahoma Land Run.

Watch as decorated floats covered in lights make their way through downtown, spreading joy and cheer along the way in the Guthrie Christmas Parade, held December 7, and wave to Santa Claus as he rides by.  At the post office, carriage rides will be available, and the new Territorial Governor will be announced.
