The Firehouse Art Center's annual Chocolate Festival, ranked third among food festivals in the United States by the Food Network, will tempt chocolate lovers with over 25,000 chocolate samples for visitors to taste. Featured in Southern Living magazine and winner of the Frontier Country Grand Award for Outstanding Food Festival in central Oklahoma, the Chocolate Festival will feature treats from over 30 area businesses from the Oklahoma City metro area. Restaurants, shops and bakeries are busy perfecting their tempting chocolate creations for the festival this year, which draws thousands of visitors annually.

Feast on favorites such as chocolate amaretto cream cake, Godiva chocolates and chocolate fondue. Don't miss Kendall's Restaurant's fantastic chocolate cinnamon rolls, which are only available at the Chocolate Festival each year. Also, for something a bit out of the ordinary, try samples of chocolate chili and let your chocolate cravings run wild. Norman's Chocolate Festival will also feature a children's art area and art demonstrations by the Firehouse Art Center faculty.

Purchase a general admission ticket to this year's Chocolate Festival and feast on your choice of 10 chocolate samples. A premiere, one-hour tasting session will be held from 10:30-11:30am and includes 15 chocolate samples, a container to take home leftovers and a complimentary drink.

Hallie, the doors open at 10:30am for premiere ticket holders and 11:30 for general ticket holders. Admittance into the festival is staggered to prevent long waits in line, although you're welcome to stay as long as you like once you're inside. For more information, please click the orange website button at the top of this page. Best wishes and thank you for using TravelOK.com!

What time does this start??

From Beth Powers on 01/22/15

So do you only get to try 10 or 15 items? Or is it like you can try stuff while you're there and then you can have a doggie bag of 10 or 15 items to take home
