Bring the whole family out for a day of patriotic fun at the Star Spangled 4th of July celebration in Kingfisher. The festivities begin with a parade in downtown Kingfisher at 10am. Watch as the community displays its American pride with decorated floats, marching bands, flag bearers, riders on horseback and more. After the parade, due to bridge construction on Hwy 33, there will be no celebration in the park this year.
Fun activities like turtle races, sack races, egg toss, balloon toss and money dig will begin at 5pm at the Kingfisher County Fairgrounds Rodeo Arena, located at 300 S 13th Street. There will be a full concession stand with lots of good things to eat available at the arena. The free concert will begin at 7pm. The spectacular fireworks show, which is set to music and one of the best displays in the state, will begin after dark at the fairgrounds. Bring your lawn chair or sit in the arena for great viewing opportunities.
