Honoring the heritage of Durant, also known as the "Magnolia Capital of Oklahoma," the Magnolia Festival of Oklahoma will feature games and festivities perfect for a fun-filled family weekend. Festivities kick off on Memorial Day Weekend with the 76th annual Durant Riding Club Magnolia Rodeo. Festivities continue June 1-3 with a variety of activities including a carnival, vendor/craft booths, food vendors, fireworks, art show, 5K & Fun Run, Magnolia Bike Tour, family-friendly entertainment, traditional Choctaw dancers, Choctaw Princess Pageant and much more.

Outside of the Choctaw Event Center, ride the Ferris wheel and enjoy a wide array of other carnival rides, games, yummy fair food and a large fireworks display. The Children's Tent includes many fun and free activities for kids including face painting, magician and Turtle Races. You can also simply enjoy perusing the art show, craft booths and other exhibitor displays inside the Choctaw Event Center. The Event Center also includes the Magnolia Theatre, featuring around-the-clock, family-friendly entertainment.
