Also at the festival, you'll be in awe as you see the judging of the 2013 Red River Noodling Shoot Out. With a special appearance from Don "Katt Daddy" Brewer from television's "Mudcats," the contest will draw competitors from throughout the state to bring their biggest catch to be weighed for a cash prize.
