Come and celebrate Bristow's Lebanese heritage with a day of festivities for the entire family. Tabouleh Fest celebrates Bristow's Middle Eastern ancestors that arrived in Oklahoma during the late 1800s. These immigrants brought with them tabouleh, also spelled tabouli, a fresh salad dish made with bulgur wheat, fresh vegetables, parsley, mint, olive oil and lemon juice.

Whether it's riding ponies, sliding down the water slide, visting vendors, trying new foods, trying to dunk the policemen in the dunk tank, or just sitting in the shade of the wine tasting area, visitors of all ages will have a great day at this event. Middle Eastern music, foods, and dancing make this one of the most unique festivals in Oklahoma.
