Come and celebrate Bristow's Lebanese heritage with a day of festivities for the entire family. Tabouleh Fest celebrates Bristow's Middle Eastern ancestors that arrived in Oklahoma during the late 1800s. These immigrants brought with them tabouleh, also spelled tabouli, a fresh salad dish made with bulgur wheat, fresh vegetables, parsley, mint, olive oil and lemon juice. Today, this unique festival highlights Bristow's roots with food, music, traditional belly dancers and more.
