Western Heritage Weekend
Attend Dewey's Western Heritage Weekend to celebrate Oklahoma's early beginnings with lots of activities including the Tom Mix Festival, a parade and a Wild West show. Activities for this two-day event include live bands, trick roping, trick riding, skill shooting, Western games for children and plenty of food vendors. Sunday's Wild West show, held at Prairie Song Village, will showcase wild bronc riding, trick riders, rodeo clowns and reenactments including Indians, cowboys and outlaws.
