Come to the annual Arbuckle Simpson Nature Festival for a two-day outdoor experience that showcases the rich diversity of the plants, animals, birds, geological formations and history of south-central Oklahoma.  Visitors to the festival will have the unique opportunity to learn about Oklahoma's natural environments through field trips and seminars.  The Arbuckle-Simpson area boasts a wealth of plant and animal wildlife and an abundance of pristine natural resources.

Experience this Oklahoma oasis by taking a guided tour with regional naturalists, historians and wildlife experts on tours of such local gems as the Blue River, Pennington Creek, the Pontotoc Ridge Preserve, the Tishomingo National Wildlife Refuge, Tishomingo National Fish Hatchery, the Chickasaw National Recreation Area, private ranches and more.

The Friday events are mostly for children. They are wonderful and the kids get to see Extreme Animals and Insect Adventures up close. These events are all free! Brings the kiddos and enjoy
