Description

Witness traditional Native American dancing at the New Year's Eve Powwow in Muskogee. The powwow kicks off at 1pm with gourd dancing until 4:30pm, followed by a supper break. Gourd dancing resumes at 6pm, and the grand entry begins at 7pm. Dance contests that will be featured at the New Year's Eve Powwow include fancy dance, straight dance, jingle dress and fancy shawl. Head to Muskogee for the 16th annual powwow that is sure to be an exciting way to ring in 2017.
