Beware of the Beast is a running obstacle course unlike any you have ever seen. Held at Mohawk Park in Tulsa, each runner will be given three "lives," which can be lost along the way. There are a total of 12 obstacles along the way including a foam pit and 12' tall wall. At various points throughout the race, runners will be pelted from above from Ares, the god of war, and come face-to-face with the minotaur in a tricky maze.  Whether or not you keep your lives depends on what you are awarded at the end of the race. Runners with one life left are given a t-shirt, while those with all three lives left will be awarded a custom minotaur battle axe.
