The Woolaroc Museum & Wildlife Preserve in Bartlesville presents an art collection celebrating the incredible Lewis & Clark expeditions that shaped the nation in The Lewis & Clark "Corps of Discovery." The Frank Phillips Foundation unveils100 paintings by famed Western artist Charles Fritz for this exhibit and 14 paintings by Michael Haynes. In addition to celebrating this great piece of history, the event commemorates the recent renovation of the Woolaroc Museum.

The Woolaroc Museum & Wildlife Preserve in Bartlesville presents an art collection celebrating the incredible Lewis & Clark expeditions that shaped the nation in The Lewis & Clark "Corps of Discovery." The Frank Phillips Foundation unveils100 paintings by famed Western artist Charles Fritz for this exhibit and 14 paintings by Michael Haynes. In addition to celebrating this great piece of history, the event commemorates the recent renovation of the Woolaroc Museum. 

The "Corps of Discovery" event features the extensive art collection in addition to more than 40 bronze sculptures by Western artist and historian Richard Greeves. These pieces, in a collection called "Lewis & Clark Among the Indians," represent a significant part of Oklahoma history. The two-day opening exhibition and sale will be presented Sept. 27 and 28 and open to the public through the end of December.
