It was my first time even knowing about the fest, even though I was born and raised here. It was a very good first impression as I saw Watusi, sam and the stylees, and josh heinrichs and skillinjah. Front row too. Think I'll be going Again next year.

I went last year and had a good time. They ended the night with a real reggae band who covered the classics and even threw in a little soca. I expected that this year would be even better because last year was good and I brought my Jamaican born family who came in from out of town to get a little taste of some culture in this state. What do I get...College kids in Bob Marley T-shirts from Pac Sun playing America's top forty with a Reggae down beat. Don't LIE to the people of OKC and say this is reggae music. It isnt! Call this festival an international music fest OR alternative music fest OR world music fest.. Dont call it Reggae Fest again until you do some research and learn what reggae is. You all have a good thing going here please dont ruin it.

Never fear Lamar. Authentic Roots Reggae coming to OKC this year. Lead Vocalist is genuine product from Kingston Jamaica. REAL REGGAE coming to OKC!

What happen to the days when real groups played, Inner Circle, Aswad. Lately just a bunch of wanna be's? MC with fake dreads with a fake accent.

Yea there is no line up yet. And when will you guys move to a more open area like a true BIG city fest. Its so cramped. It should be in a park area. So people can bring lawn chairs and blankets for those who want to stay all day. The venue sucks but the festival itself is great!

I love reggae fest in bricktown and have experienced & met a number of really talented bands. HOWEVER, THIS IS MAY Q8, 2014 AND THERE IS STILL NO LINE UP OF MUSICIANS FOR THIS EXTRAORDINARY EVENT...WHY?
