Description

Celebrate the Monarch's migration through central Oklahoma this fall at the sixth annual Monarch Migration & Butterfly Festival.  This year's festival will be held east of Cole at the historic five-acre Jerusalem Community Center & Park in Washington.  Visit the demonstration gardens and discover what plants work to support the migration patterns of the Monarch butterfly.  Visitors will learn about butterfly gardening and the migration needs of these amazing migrating insects.  Enjoy butterfly displays, education, art, face painting, a butterfly plant sale, free seeds and the beautiful demonstration gardens teeming with many different butterflies.

Located one mile east of Cole on Hwy 74B. From I-35, take Goldsby/Washington Exit 104. Travel through Goldsby, towards Washington. Turn west on 74B towards Cole, 3 miles. Follow the butterfly signs.
