If you opt to try something off the menu, you have plenty of delectable choices.  A soup of the day is offered, and there are many sandwich options.  The hearty sandwiches at Dining on Persimmon Hill are served with your choice of green salad, pasta salad, fruit salad or potato salad.  Try barbecue beef on a bun, a BLT, chicken salad, a meatloaf panini on ciabatta bread or roast beef sliders with cheddar cheese.  The specialty plates offered at Dining on Persimmon Hill are sure to satisfy, with selections from chicken and spinach enchiladas served with salad to a chipotle barbecue pork plate served with new potato casserole and choice of salad.  Tea for two trays are available daily, complete with cucumber sandwiches, scones and petite desserts.  Make sure to order dessert: chocolate Italian cream, peach cobbler and bread pudding are some of the tasty sweets to sample.
