During the week, start your lunch with the exotic cheese and berry plate, hatch green chile & pork stew or fire roasted yellow pepper soup. For a lighter lunch, check out the lump crab cakes or choose from one of the many Refectory Sliders, including the green chile cheeseburger or lobster BLT. Specialty sandwiches include a house made smoked sausage, meatloaf or the hand breaded prime strip chicken fried steak. Brunch is served each weekend and features specialty items like the Breakfast Beast, built on a house made tortilla, Huevos Refectory and sea bass tacos.
At dinner, pull out all the stops and order one of the fine steaks, taste the difference of a carefully selected and properly aged free range, organic cut of beef. Even the chicken fry is aged and served up with hatch green chile gravy. Beyond beef, enjoy the Duroc pork chop, expertly prepared Australian lamb chops or pan fried organic chicken, brined and also served with the house made hatch green chile gravy. The Refectory’s ocean offerings include a fresh market fish selection, sea scallop scampi or cedar plank Alaskan King Salmon.
Top off your evening by pairing up a French press coffee with the Refectory’s gluten free Signature Cake, made from Belgian bittersweet chocolate and heavy cream, salted caramel apple pie, coconut cream pie or brioche & cream.
