101 Ranch & Wild West Show Mural
201 West Grand Avenue
This Ponca City mural consists of a collage of historic sites that dotted the 1910 101 Ranch. Palmer Studios Inc. relied upon research from the 101 Ranch Old Timers Assoc. to create the 101 Ranch & Wild West Show Mural in honor of the 101 Miller Bros. Wild West Show and Ranch, which once took up 110,000 acres of southwest Ponca City. The ranch produced rodeo talents like cowboy Bill Pickett, and some of the first Western movies were also filmed here. This site is a National Landmark, and the ranch earned itself a spot on the National Register of Historic Places.
