The Grand Casino was much grander when it was the Firelake Grand! The casino, payouts, buffet, sportsgrill, service, and incentives to play there have steadily declined to the point that our two to three weekly trips are now replaced with reluctance to want to give them my time or money. Too bad, it's a beautiful casino in need of good managerial housecleaning!

From Jeff on 02/07/15

This place needs leadership. The people are nice, but there is no sense of direction. The buffet is routine and boring. The table games are understaffed. The video poker is all short pay. The signs are often misspelled or ungrammatical or wrong on facts. On the up side, the place is pretty. The landscaping is especially careful.

love this place...haven't won on the slot machines, but people friendly and hotel very nice!

From d k on 08/31/13

i like the casino, and find the atmosphere friendly. the bathrooms are always clean and someone is always available, if i had a question. the shuttle runs from okc 3 days a week, and it is very nicei to have nice places to dine and fun places to have a subway and ice cream when you feel like it. Every workere represented professional attitude and kindness.

TIGHT SLOTS...used to frequent often, however, stopped going. The management seems to have declined...somebody has taken out the fun of it....

The Grand is the most unfun place I have ever been. There is nothing there to really make you want to play cards. No more double pay for blackjacks, partypit gone. What happen to every other month no anee lets talk about the deals and pit bosses!!!!!!! Some of them need to stay out of other peoples business!!!

From Joe Kutilek on 05/05/12

Nice place

From Vickie on 05/04/12

Firelake use to be the best place ever to go and have a great time, now there is no more fun at the tables since they took out the party pit I guess they need to save money to pay for the new hotel!!!!!!!

From Karen on 04/03/12

I have always found the buffet to be excellent. A good variety of foods and freshly prepared. No, I do not win every time I go there, but who does? I keep going back because it is the total package, whether you're looking for slots, table games, food or live entertainment in an elegant setting. Go see for yourself!

From Gail on 10/24/11

You may want to gamble there, but please DO NOT eat at the buffet! It's a far cry from being worth the $13 per person!!!! Unless, of course, you just want salad.

From BARB on 03/09/11

From Caroline on 11/08/10

Visited this Casino 400 miles from my home on my last birthday and am thinking of returning next month. I enjoyed my time here very much and managed to leave with more a bit more money than I came with.

From Stef on 09/17/10

I love the ambiance of this casino, and the fact that I get a real glass or coffee mug, instead of styrofoam. I do not like the machines that much and my hubby and I have never won there. We have decided not to go there again.

From Richard on 08/30/10

Don't look for me ever to come back, I drove two hours to play keno there and found only five chairs for keno!! The numbers board was down for over an hour and no way to even tell what game was being played!!

From Erin on 02/10/10

My dad won $1,000 on a slot machine here!
