Description

This 18-hole, par 72 course offers bent grass greens, Bermuda grass tees and fairways, lake views, minimal water hazards and well-placed sand bunkers. Facilities include a putting green, driving range and pro shop with cart and club rentals, snacks and drinks.

Driving range golf clinic and private or group lessons are available. Overlooking beautiful Lake Eufaula on a hill, the views from the course are magnificent. An airstrip is located nearby. Recreation and RV camping is available at nearby Arrowhead State Park.

Arrowhead has come a long way in the last couple years. I have heard nothing but good comments the last couple seasons I have been around the area. The greens have been in great shape as well as the fairways. If you haven't been to the course in a few years, come give it aother chance and I bet you won't be disappointed.

Just visiting McAlester for training and visited the course on recommendation... What a great course!!! Excellent greens and t-boxes, well maintained. Good challenge for my 25+ handicap... not to say par isn't attainable on numerous holes. Warm, welcoming staff and Pro. Would definitely visit again!

I just held a golf tournament for the VFW and it was great. The pro was so Friendly and courtious. The course was great. We will have our event at Arrowhead from now on.Last saturday in april come and play.

The summer heat has been brutal for the past several months. Unfortunately, it took a toll on the delicate greens at most public and private Oklahoma golf courses. At Arrowhead, we were fortunate in the fact that we suffered minimal loss to the greens on our course, but there was some heat damage. The groundskeepers have been working to replace and repair the damage, while keeping the course open for play for our customers. We value your comments and ask for patience during this time, and we ask that you return to the course after the play areas have had a chance to recuperate.

I believe this course is in the worst shape I have ever seen her in for many years. I have been playing here for quite a few years myself and I and my friends can't believe how much it has deteriated. I know the weahter has been hard on everyone but when the weeds,crabgrass are abundant, something is wrong.

Every course in the state is suffering in this heat. The course is in overall good shape for the weather they had to deal with this summer. The workers are very helpfull and friendly. I enjoy playing Arrowhead very much and so do all my golfing friends.

Someone in charge in OKC needs to come out here and try to play this mess of an excuse they call a golf course!!!! I was charged 32.00 and I couldn't even get through the game.

I have been very dissappointed in what the Arrowhead Golf Course has turned into. It is in the worse condition I have ever seen and almost impossible to play on.
