Description

There's no shortage of options at this restaurant, which offers barbecue in almost every conceivable form. There are six choices alone among the sandwiches, including beef brisket, turkey, ham, pork roast, hot link and chopped beef - all topped with the legendary Head Country sauce created by Donovan "Uncle Bud" Head while serving as a cook aboard a Navy destroyer in World War II. Try the Friday rib special, which features all-you-can-eat-ribs and your choice of three vegetables, or the sampler plate, which offers a little of everything.
