Johnstone Park is the oldest park in Bartlesville, purchased in 1903. In the early 1900s, bathhouses along the Caney River enticed hundreds of people to come play and swim in the river below the dam. Today, the park is home to the Bartlesville Art Center, Kiddie Park and beautiful memorial gardens. From N on Hwy 75, turn W onto Hwy 60 (Tuxedo Blvd). Go 2 miles to Cherokee Ave, then N 6 blocks to park entrance.
