I camped at turner falls several times as a small child. And brought my oldest daughter there to camp when she was small. Now my husband and I would like to come and just have a get away weekend. Can you please email me prices on your cabins K1 and K2. Our visit would probably be within the nest two months.

My family and I had a very nice experience when we stayed in one of the Kiser Cabins in July 2013. We rented the larger cabin that is located inside Turner Falls Park. The pictures on the web of this cabin did not do it justice. The view from the large deck that looks over Honey Creek was awesome! The cabin itself was immaculate. Everything - appliances, air conditioner, plumbing, electricity, etc.- was in working order. Based on the info on the website and also from speaking with the Mr. Kiser, we knew exactly what to expect - what to bring, what was provided, what the terms of the rental where, etc. On top of everything else, the price is very reasonable. We had a great time and we are going back in September! K.Raines, OKC

I just called the number listed on this site with questions about your cabins. I have never talked to someone so rude in my life. He treated me like I was an idiot for asking questions. I was only asking general questions about rates, rooms, and if the one with the jacuzzi would be available. I told him we would find somewhere else to stay. I dont care how cheap, or nice, this place is... I would NEVER give them any business after the way I was just treated. Its really too bad considering we were making this a family trip to do every year.

I stayed at cabin 5 over the weekend with my husband, son, daughter-in-law & 2 grandsons & loved it. We wanted something rustic & close to the Falls & other things to do, & this was perfect It was clean, had all the necessary things to cook, eat, & sleep& bathe....if we'd wanted fancy, we would have stayed at a Motel. Our cabin slept 10, but, we only used spaces for 6, and had plenty of room. The cabin next door was rather noisy, seemed to have more than the allotted number of people, and more than 9 cars coming & going at all hours, but, the TV & good air conditioners helped to drown out the noise. I've been coming to the Falls for over 50 years, and plan to come again next year. Thanks for helping to make memories for me & my grandsons.

I read the below review when I was trying to figure out how to get out there. Since friends of mine already paid for a couple cabins for the weekend I decided to go anyway. It was not filthy as indicated below though it surely was not the Ritz. As far as scorpions, flies and cockroaches I did not see an inordinate amount of any of these since these cabins are in the country. If you have never stayed in a cabin in the country and you like your five star hotels then you definitely should not stay here. Though if you are fine with camping conditions then you'l be fine here. We had a good experience and found no scorpions or cockroaches.

From Gina on 07/19/10

DO NOT STAY HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. OMG. THE CHECKIN TIME & PRICE ARE DIFFERENT THAN STATED ON THE WEBSITE. SAMMY IS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN YOU DO GET TO CHECK IN. THE DOOR CAN BE PUSHED OPEN WHEN LOCKED, THE WINDOWS WON'T LOCK. THE COOKTOP STOVE DOESN'T WORK, BUT IF IT DID I'M NOT SURE I WOULD HAVE USED IT BECAUSE IT WAS SO FILTHY. THE REFRIGERATOR SORTA WORKS, IF YOU CAN GET PAST THE DISGUSTING THINGS GROWING IN THERE. THERE ARE A MILLION FLIES ALL OVER EVERYTHING. PLUS COCKROACHES. THERE WAS A SCORPION IN THE BATHROOM. ITS FILTHY. THE KITCHENETTE IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT, ISN'T COOLED BY THE WINDOW UNIT, ONLY THE BEDROOM AREA. THERE ARE NO OUTLETS TO PLUG ANYTHING IN, SAMMY SAYS IT ALL HOT WIRED SO HE DIDN'T NEED A OUTLET PLUG, SO NO COFFEE POT, FAN OR BLOWDRYER. YOU CAN'T ACCESS THE RIVER FROM THE CABIN AS INDICATED. YOU HAVE TO PAY IN ADVANCE WITH NO REFUND AVAILABLE, NOW WE KNOW WHY. IF WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN OUR MONEY BACK WE WOULD HAVE NEVER STAYED THERE.
