Rented cabin 00 for a bachelor party. It was quiet and a could easily see the lake. Had a nice deck with a gas grill. Gas was provided by the park. Next to it was a place for a bonfire. Cabin was furnished with plates, silverware and cooking utensils. Also, had a few towels but no extra blankets. Although we didn't ask. If it were closer, I could see going back during the warmer months to play on the lake.

A really nice place to go on a day trip. However the showers and the restrooms are flat out filthy and disgusting. It appears that they have not been cleaned in a very long time. And they have orange porta potties everywhere - c'mon. I guess I am going to have to travel further back to Lake Murray to camp - their facilities to shower are clean. Lake Murray also has very good fishing.

Would not recommend for family vacation. Cabin was over 90 degrees upon arrival. Three towels provided for a family of four on a three night stay. No blankets or pillows for childrens loft. Lake view consisted of boatramp. Sad that campsites have much better lake access than more expensive cabin. Fireplace was nice to have, though. May be good for a couple looking to get away.
