I am so sorry that Amy felt like we did not respond to her a/c problem with the a/c with the speed she expected. With 3 different phone numbers that she could reach us on I find it difficult to believe she could not contact us. We purchased a new a/c and installed it on a Saturday. She did not request a refund at that time and the price of the cabin was $89.00. I think the real problem is she had rented and stayed in another cabin and wanted to stay in that cabin for two more nights, but it was already rented for the days she wanted. She was informed that the only cabin we had open was a small fishing cabin and she chose to move to that cabin. I feel that by buying a new a/c and installing it on the same day she reported a problem was the best we could do to make her stay more comfortable. She talked to our cleaners, but it takes a little while to buy a new a/c and hire someone to install it.

My daughter and I stayed three days and two nights the first of August. The first night we were there, the a/c went out. We were unable to contact management until the next afternoon. The numbers posted were busy every time we tried to call. The a/c was replaced late in the evening but it did not work either. The next day the temperature in the cabin reached over 80 degrees. I requested a refund but was instead over charged and was not contacted by management regarding my uncomfortable stay.
