OK Buffalo Tours

At OK Buffalo Tours, guests will come face to face with the noble American Bison, also known as buffalo, making it an experience that you won't soon forget. The tour guide, Captain Jack Parker, will share with visitors the history of Oklahoma's state animal and how they have been viewed by various cultures.

Large group tours will travel behind a tractor in "The Prairie Queen," a custom built trailer with rows of seating and open sides. Guests will experience the natural beauty of the rugged Western landscape complete with native plants and grasses, unique rocks and even petrified wood. Lucky guests might even get a glimpse of horned lizards racing through the property.

After the tour, guests will be taken back to the Conestoga Pavilion and treated to a delicious meal centered around buffalo meat. Following the meal, guests will be entertained by either Native American dancers in full regalia or Captain Jack, a humorist, historian and avid lover of all things Western.
