I stayed there this past week with aaa roofing, and was pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the rooms. I have yet to stay in a motel where the rooms are actually cleaned and refreshed on a daily basis. Charlie and Melynda are a couple of awesome managers. I noticed how they interacted with all their guests, and how the guests responded to them in a real posotive manner. Charlie even took time out of his day to replace the front wheel bearing on my truck. I will for sure makke this a regular stopping point whenever our crew has a roof in this neck of the woods to do.
I am the manager of the Okeene motel ,and I just want to thank every one who has left a comment, but I have to tell on myself and apologize for a mishap this past weekend ... Ms. Cotton I am extremelly sorry that you were in a room where there was a dirty Microwave ... I was so intent on making everything right for the weekend that I didn't think to look in there ... If you were to write a bad or less then average review then I wouldn't blame you one bit, but at the sametime I would hope that would not make you not return for another stay ... I made a mistake, and as a manager I strongly apologize for the error, and i will never let that happen to you or anyone else for that matter again ...
