The Orr Family Farm in Oklahoma City is a family-friendly mecca of agritourism and children's activities. Part of the Celestial Acres Training Center, the largest horse training center in Oklahoma, the Orr Family Farm is a 106-acre Thoroughbred horse farm that offers children and visitors of all ages a host of farm attractions and activities. Jump aboard one of two trains and take a spin around the grounds. Available trains include a replica of the Jupiter locomotive that met at the Promontory Summit in 1869 on the first transcontinental line. This train can accommodate up to 75 adults and children.
Other attractions at the Orr Family Farm include fishing ponds stocked with largemouth bass, crappie and catfish, as well as an animal barn and petting zoo filled with plenty of furry, kid-friendly creatures. Visitors to this Oklahoma City farm will also enjoy a barrel train, panning for gem stones in the Neal Simpson mine, riding the 1974 vintage carousel, racing in pedal cars and jumping on huge jumping pillows. Old-time photos, a pumpkin patch and corn maze are available in the fall. Children will love the farm's pony rides, hay rides and the Amaze'n Maze, one of only 10 mazes of its kind in the world. This maze offers 4,900 sq ft of challenging fun.
Get ready for a thrilling ride on the four-lane zip line at the Orr Family Farm in Oklahoma City.
