Pearl's Oyster Bar
Consistently voted Oklahoma City's 'Best Seafood' and named one of the best 500 restaurants in the U.S. by Restaurant and Business Magazine, Pearl's Oyster Bar will have you coming back time and time again for the restaurant's delicious Cajun and Creole specialties. Begin your meal with the namesake oysters, fresh shucked and served on the half shell. Another popular choice is the French country mussels or baby clams steamed in a white wine, garlic and tomato broth. This delicious small plate is also served with plenty of garlic bread.
Guests have plenty of choices for entrees including homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta, steak, pork, chicken and, of course, fresh and fried seafood. Head up to the rooftop patio seating and enjoy Pearl's famous Cajun jumbo shrimp skewer, which comes stuffed with jalapenos and Monterey jack cheese, wrapped in applewood smoked bacon and grilled over a wood fire. Pair it with the famous black cherry mustard for a real treat. Another guest favorite is the chicken pontalba, a grilled chicken breast topped with Cajun seasoned potatoes, sauteed vegetables and andouille sausage drizzled with jalapeno hollandaise sauce.
Stop by Pearl's Oyster Bar in downtown Oklahoma City on Sunday morning or early afternoon for the champagne brunch, featuring the famous Bloody Mary bar. Take your pick of the numerous egg dishes or the french toast and you'll get a heaping helping of cornmeal crusted cheese grits topped with andouille sauce and homemade biscuits.
