Description

The Peter Conser Home is a restored house with great Native American significance. Peter Conser, a former light horseman and legislator of the Choctaw Nation, built the two-story home for his wife and eight children in 1894. Conser later served as a senator to the Choctaw Council. The restored home has been returned to its native condition and is on display with several artifacts.
