Ponca City Art Center
The Ponca City Arts Center is housed in the Soldani Mansion built in 1925. It is a prairie style, two story house with Spanish Colonial Revival accents. It was built using green glazed roof tile imported from France and interior woodwork from walnut trees in Osage County. The Soldani Mansion was put on the National Register of Historic Places in the early 1980s and is a unique and intriguing space to view contemporary visual art.
The Ponca City Arts Center has new visual art exhibits almost every month, displaying every kind of visual art from paintings to photographs from artists in Oklahoma. The center also serves as an outlet and a showcasing space for artists in elementary, middle, and high school. It also hosts the Ponca City Arts Festival every year in September.
