River of Love Cabins LLC

These handcrafted log cabins are nestled in the bend of Love County's Red River in Thackerville.  The cabins are located approximately 90 minutes north of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex and just under two hours south of the Oklahoma City area, not far from I-35.

Stay at the River of Love Cabins and choose between the Red Bud Cabin, which includes a private outside hot tub, or the Green Briar Cabin, which contains a large indoor two-person Jacuzzi tub.  Both cabins feature king-size beds and queen-size sleeper sofas.

Guests may also choose to say in The Love Train, an authentic 1949 Missouri Pacific train caboose that has been fully restored. The caboose features a full-size bed and is equipped with a hot tub on a large open deck complete with a porch swing. The most recent addition is the Creek-Side Cottage, which is equipped with two bedrooms and two baths. The Creek-Side Cottage also features a hot tub and a large hammock placed near the still sounds of the creek.

Each unit at the River of Love Cabins is equipped with AC/heat units, full linens, fresh towels, utensils and full-size kitchens equipped with appliances including blenders and toasters.  Enjoy flat-screen televisions with DVD and VHS players, along with movies, a radio and CD player.  Other amenities at River of Love Cabins include charcoal grills, rocking chairs, private hammocks, picnic tables and outside fire pits.

River of Love Cabins in Thackerville are located only minutes away from the WinStar World Casino, Dust 2 Dust ATV Tracks and Trails, Lake Murray, and many other local attractions.  These cabins are secluded and include a locking gate, as well as plenty of space and privacy between the individual cabins.
