In a 45-minute tour, guests see the making of Blue Bell ice cream from start to finish and view a short video about the history of Blue Bell Creameries. The brand began in 1907 making butter from excess cream brought in by farmers. A few years later, the company began making ice cream and delivering it by horse and wagon to area residents.
