This quaint little eatery covers all the barbecue bases – smoked ribs, brisket and chicken, and barbecued beef and pulled pork sandwiches – but it distinguishes itself with its famous homemade buns and its hush puppies. In fact, everything on the menu here has that home-cooked flavor. It’s located in the ghost town of Ingersoll, but there’s nothing spooky about a meal at the Smok-Shak.
