I don't see any cows! Do they live indoors?

From TravelOK.com Staff on 06/23/14

Lanette, we're not sure if the tours are handicap accessible or not. Please call 405-478-1656, and the staff there will be able to tell you. Have a great day and thank you for using TravelOK.com!

From Lanette on 06/20/14

Are your tours handicap accessible? Would love to take my father on a tour.

From Natalie Wallace on 12/04/13

The factory tour was disappointing. We drove an hour and a half one way and brought family visiting from Calif. The tour was rushed. It lasted less than 45 min including the drive time to/from buildings. Most of the equipment wasn't running. Seems like the tour is mostly of baked goods being packaged only. No tour of dairy farms, or processing milk products. There is a need for a gift shop as well.

I am a manager of a business in El Reno. On 10/21/13, I left work not feeling well and was needing milk. I drove through the drive thru your store in El Reno and ask for a half gallon of milk. I was told that I could not get a half gallon of milk through the drive thru, so I told the lady to go ahead and give me a gallon. I proceeded to go on through and got to the window. When I got to the window the lady ask me, Are you disabled? I told her I wasn't and was told it was against store policy to sell milk through the drive thru. Now, I don't know what store policy you now have, but I have never heard of such a thing and I did not appreciate being asked if I was disabled. I was sick and did not feel like getting out of my car. Needless to say, I drove home without my milk. Here we have a Braum's store that sells milk, but you cannot get milk handed to you through the drive thru??? How disappointing is that!! Guess I'll have to get out of my car next time and go to Wal-Mart, sick or not............sad!

My family recently returned to OKC from a vacation in Missouri. We stopped at the Braum's in Tulsa at I-44 and S. Peoria. The ladies room was absolutely one of the worst ones I have ever been in. It not only was nasty, but needed paint and hardware. It was so bad I would not take my 3 year old grandson in to potty or wash his hands. Not good for your reputation.

From Cassandra on 09/19/13

I was wondering if you milk price will increase as rumers are flotting around. I have enjoyed every store I have visited and would like a tour when I come to OK

From Wesley on 09/19/13

These people cannot cook bacon. Everytime we get breakfast from these people they always give a nasty bacon that you cant eat.. Ive called and complained but they said they don't care about my concerns.. All I can say is STAY AWAY if you like your your teeth to stay healthy.

From Diana on 09/17/13

What has happened to your milk? Even my daughter has said how watered down it is. You had better find out what is happening to your milk because it is not the same. So prayers will go up about it. We should get the same milk that we have been paying for unless the owner is the one who has changed it. Thus if not, we are being stolen from. These are God's cows first and He has given them to the Braums family as a gift that helps us. So is it the owners desire to water down the milk?

From dianna patterson on 08/18/13

We love your foods. Could you please think about putting a store in Texarkana, Ar or Tx? Thank you

From TravelOK.com on 07/29/13

From Jo Beck on 12/22/12

You need to add that reservations are required to have a tour. We arrived without a reservation. They were very nice and gave us an ice cream bar while we watched the video. We saw the plant from the parking lot. It was pretty disappointing since we had driven quite a way out of our way to go there.

From Dave on 11/19/12

I am very upset to find out that you do not sell sausage gravy anymore because I ate it 2 or 3 times A week.

I cant get the grape in either store. It is a very good seller here. dont quit making it. Just when you find something you like then people like you quit making it. Please keep it in the stores. from debbie on august 9 2012

Always try to do my shopping at Braum's for the basic's before going to the grocery store for the rest. Prices can't be beat and your dairy is always so fresh! Have recently started to learn cheese making at home and I always head to Braum's for the freshest milk I can get in my area. Thank's for the remodel job in Eufaula it's great, keep up the good work!

From melissa on 06/13/12

it would be very nice to have a braums in Tuttle, ok since your dairy is there why not have a store. It would help people in several comunities like Minco, Amber, Pocasset would not have to drive so far to get your wonderful products.

From r bell on 06/10/12

We went to newcastle store to get malt the machine was so nasty we left next time we went ordered a strawberry sunday my wife got a bowl of chilly it took over 30 mins to get her chilly and sunday the chilly was dried over the top and the sunday was strawberry icecream with coolwhip and a cherry never seen one like that so we put our food in the trash left and will never go back to braums to bad because we live in newcastle

From Barbara baird on 04/14/12

I agree that we need a Braum's between Okmulgee and Tulsa on Hwy 75, but please put it at the Jenks main stree exit. It is easy off/easy on and it is within about a mile of a Jenks Middle school, another Jenks schools property located. Ext to Sutherlands which means a huge contingent of parents coming and going. Also, the location is on the way to the highschool for all academic and athletic functions with visiting teams and parents passing by. Finally, think of all the people on their way home from work that need bread, milk, meats, produce, or a wonderful bag of burgers to take home as they exit at Jenks main street, the Creek turnpike or on down Hwy 75 to the many new housing areas such as mine at 111th street where there are 400 homes, or on down to the Sapulpa exit or on to Glenpool, Mounds, Thomas, Beggs, etc. between Tulsa and Okmulgee. We love Braum's and the nearest one is at Riverside and 101st Street in Tulsa. It's not a quick stop as we pass by...it has to be a planned destination! Please come to Jenks!!!

From Paul Troop on 04/09/12

I was with the Labette Bank who toured Braums last Friday afternoon. What a wonderful tour we had! All of the personnel we met were very courteous, just like they had always known us. German Chocolate is my favorite ice cream. Paul Troop, Frontenac KS

From emma Carver on 01/16/12

I would like to recommend that you try eating the bacon that is served at Braums. It tastes old and it is very greasy. I have tried it several times in the past few years thinking that it would get better. It may be the way it is cured, I don't have any idea. I only know that i personally would be willing to pay a little more for an order of bacon if it had a better flavor. I love your ice cream and your fresh market, but please - someone eat the bacon and see how strong it tastes.

From don bierman on 12/20/11

I needed to buy gift certificates in shawnee at Kickapoo and McArthur and none available. Very disappointed in a business that usually does better. Homeland will get my business.

From Darlene Wright on 09/25/11

I would like to express a need for a Braums at the corner of Hwy 75 Glenpool. We love your products and want to get our Milk and butter, Raisen Bread and Ice Cream from Braums. This is an area of new development such as WalMart, Mc Donalds, and a QT. Now we need Braums, Please!

From Robin B on 03/26/11

I love Braums & travel the distance to purchase your dairy products as well as the juices you provide. Imagine my surprise when I got the Apple juice and when I took a drink, I was drinking flavored water. I am hoping this was a one time incident and that I just happened to get a 'bad batch'...have you changed your ratios? I hope not, it was worth the drive for a superior product...but I have to say I am wavering on the Apple Juice. Please say it isn't so. A Braum's lover.
