The Coach House menu changes seasonally to highlight the best available local produce and regional specialties.  In the past, the menu has featured starters including seared jumbo shrimp with an Oklahoma cheddar-corn cake and escargot with mushrooms and pernod topped with a roasted garlic emulsion.  Entrees such as seared duck breast with Rouennaise sauce and a grilled filet of beef with red wine-smoked onion butter have graced the menu, as well as sumptuous desserts such as Grand Marnier souffle with raspberry sauce and an individual warm chocolate cake with orange caramel.  The Coach House wine list has been recognized by Wine Spectator magazine and features a wide variety of wines to perfectly complement your dinner.  At the Coach House, you're sure to have a memorable, first-class dining experience.
