The Soda Fountain, formerly known as Tom's Drug & Soda Fountain, has been an important part of the Kingfisher landscape since the early 1970s. In that time, it’s fed generations of locals at its old-fashioned soda counter, where Kingfisher residents slide on to a bar stool and wolf down sandwiches, hot or cold wraps and salads, along with some tantalizing ice cream. But the signature item here is the orangeade, a once-popular drink now all but forgotten everywhere but at this small-town gem.

My experience was exactly the opposite! Toms is adorable, and the food is delicious. The orangeades alone were worth the drive for me. The staff was friendly and helpful and had that small-town hospitality that's so hard to find anymore. I will definitely be making the trip back sometime soon!
We traveled from Edmond to eat here, based on the recommendation in the TravelOk Dining magazine. Don't waste a drive here. We thought it would be a real old fashioned drug store diner. Food was all from prepared sources, frozen bar-b-que like you buy from Sam,s. My BLT had exactly 2 pieces of bacon that was of the pre-cooked micro wave type. Some lettuce and one slice of tomato. The orange ade's were more of the simple syrup taste than the orange. Very disappointed, as this was our first pic on our list.
